We came from a simple conviction: a technology company deserves a lawyer who knows its market — not a firm that takes everything.

Origin

Why we exist.

We founded WS because we saw the same pattern over and over: a capable founder signs documents they do not fully understand, advised by a firm that handles everything from divorces to listed companies — and therefore does not know their market.

We decided to do one thing well. Technology companies and their investors only. No diluted attention, no "we’ll take that case too". Narrow — so we can go deep.
